Ms. Putnam brings over 17 years of Biotech industry experience where she has been involved in the sale of four companies and two public offerings. She is the Controller of Riva Therapeutics, and in addition she also serves as the Controller of Sorriso Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she served as Controller for Lengo Therapeutics (acquired by Blueprint Medicines) and Controller and Accounting Manager of Amplyx Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Pfizer). She also has provided accounting consulting services to various Biotech companies including Lumena Pharmaceuticals, Reneo Pharmaceuticals, Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Curzion Pharmaceuticals and Brain Cells. She began her career at Ernst & Young in San Diego where she held roles as an Auditor and Office Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Putnam received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego.
