Dr. Markson brings over 15 years of experience in biomedical research, life science investing, and management consulting. Dr. Markson is a Principal in Novo Holdings Venture Investments, which he joined in 2020. Prior to Novo Holdings, he was a management consultant in the healthcare practice at the Boston Consulting Group. Prior to BCG, he was a postdoctoral fellow in systems and synthetic biology at Caltech.
Dr. Markson holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Harvard University, an M.Phil. in Chemistry from Cambridge University, and an A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard.
